Please I am a new seller on Amazon, I decided to carry out the brand approval process before finally submitting my listing and I got notified by amazon that the brand name already exists. Please what will be the best line of action to take as the brand name as already been printed on the product and I would like to start selling as soon as possible.

You don't own a brand unless you trademarked it. Selling a product that has someone else's trademark is a federal crime
Do you own the Shayil Beauty Co trademark?
