Seller Account is Locked Temporarily
My Seller account is locked from last two months.
I informed them via lots of cases (10 Times), but I'm tired & frustrated that I'm not getting perfect solution till now.
Main Problem: I cant login in my account as it's locked.
Case Update:
To solve my account unlock issue, I got different email replies from Amazon....
1. Follow on screen instruction & submit govt ID (Couldn't Login to follow it)
2. Please change/ reset password (Done, but not solved)
3. Finally got an email yesterday to verify my account & update credit card info in account info (Charging Method) (Couldn't Login to follow their instruction)
When I try to login, After Giving Passwords, it shows in browser window as below

Help us protect your account>
We have detected unusual activity on your account and have locked it temporarily. Please contact customer service for further assistance.
2. From Buyer Account>>
More Information Needed>>
The information you supplied was reviewed by Amazon but we cannot remove the hold on your account at this time. For details, check for an email or text message from Amazon describing next steps. Please contact us for further concerns.
Kindly help what should I do............?
