Brand registry under review. Can't start a new application.

My trademark applied for brand registry shows under review. However, the previous applications has been rejected over 2 months now.

Have no idea why it says my brand is under review. I can't reapply under this status.

Can anyone help with this issue?

My name is Sandy from the Community Manager team on the seller forums.

I looked into the applications and appeal case you send and noticed that in case 13177814711, you were provided the following message:

Will this decision change now or at any time in the future?

Currently, our decision is final. Any new appeal requests may be denied by the Brand Registry team. However, if at any time in the future our systems determine that your account is no longer abusive, we will contact you to resume the registration application process/add this user to the brand.

I understand this is not what you wanted to hear, but until the Brand registry team determines your brand/account is eligible again the application will be in pending mode until the resume the application process.

I hope this at least answers your question on why it is pending.
