On a Sunday we ship all of our items via dpd buy shipping as Royal Mail does not collect on Sundays at the moment. However, the express pack option only shows up only sometimes, even when tested with the same dimensions for two different orders/items.

How can we help generate express packs when they are in fact express packs and not parcels? The price difference adds up!
