Looking up orders over 2 years old issue

With the new thing Amazon is doing by archiving orders from over 2 years old makes it hard to bring up the order when a customer reaches out for warranty services from us when we offer it. It requires us to now download an excel just to locate the order information each time we need to. Is there any way around this so if we need to look up an order from 2 years or before to verify the purchases we don't have to download an excel each time just to get the information and product details?

Hey @Seller_kJmVo19bfxRRh,

Thanks for sharing your experience with archived orders and how you use them.

Currently, the only way to access orders that are two years and older is through the Archived Order excel file download. At the moment, it is not a feature that can be customized or changed.

I can understand how frustrating it is to download the file each time a past order needs to be checked, but the file does update on a monthly basis. You could potentially download it just once month and utilize the same file for that month.

I hope that helps and we do appreciate you sharing your feedback on the Archived Order process.
