BLOCKED ACCOUNT

Hi Atlas, how are you?

I recently went through the last audit, I informed everything I had to inform, and a few days later all my money that was held in the account was released.

However, my account is still blocked, I already understand that I lost this account, I did everything correctly and even so I was unable to prove that the other account is not mine, I no longer have contact with the person I helped create the account and that's why he used my computer, I believe that is why it was blocked.

I would like to know what the next step is, how do I get a new account and follow all the rules without losing the account too.

To reactivate a related account, first address the violation(s) in the account that caused the initial deactivation. Once the primary account is reactivated, you can request the reactivation of the main account.

Because you said your account is related with someone you no longer have contact with here are some general tips that may be helpful:

  1. Provide documents proving you no longer own or are related to that account. This could include sales deeds, purchase agreements, business transfer agreements, contract terminations, etc.
  2. Gather any documentation or evidence you have showing you no longer have any connection to the related account.
  3. Explain the situation clearly and be prepared to provide any information Amazon requests to verify your account is separate.
  4. Follow up if the initial appeal is not successful. Account reinstatement decisions can sometimes be reconsidered.
  5. Review Amazon's seller policies to understand the requirements and try to address any potential policy violations.

***I would suggest focusing your efforts on trying to reinstate the original deactivated account, rather than creating a new one. If the account was deactivated due to a related account violation, simply opening a new account is likely to result in that one being deactivated as well.
