Amazon decline aproval for brand
Hello everyone, I am a new seller on Amazon. I listed my product (Pet wipes) few weeks ago under Pet Care category on Amazon. They asked me for document for approval, and I submitted them. They still declined my application. However, they said my ASIN (B0DR9RD16H) needed to be updated to right product listing and referred me to get help from their customer service online. I spent probably 15 minutes chatting to the guys to update my ASIN. The said they don't have access to that. Why send me there for help. They said I should do a new listing but I don't want to, because I am probably going to make the same mistake in listing the product. The guy I was talking to online keep saying I listed my product as refurbished. My product is not refurbished, they are new. Can someone please help me with this issue.

Hi @Seller_LWtbJPka8rndN,
There are different aspects for which you need approval, and based on your post, I'm not perfectly sure where the actual problem is.
- You said "Amazon decline approval for brand" -> Have you completed the Amazon Brand Registry?
- Certain product categories require approval -> Is that required for your specific product categories and have you gotten those?
- Depending on your specific products, there are likely compliance requirements in place for which you need to provide documentation. Have you completed that?
Once you have met the requirements for all these aspects, creating listings and fixing any issues you currently have will be substantially easier.
A starting point for you could be this page: Category, product, and listing restrictions > Restricted products > Animals & Animal-Related Products (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G200164370)
If you are comfortable sharing more details, the community and I can help you with these requirements.
Best regards, Michael
