Michelle at Amazon here. Did you have your account settings set up to have it the items set to be labeled with an Amazon Barcode under the FBA settings when you created your listing? You will need to create a new listing after changing this setting in your account, then when you convert the listing to FBA, it will provide you with an FNSKU. If you have issues, you can contact Selling Partner Support to take a look for you and provide me with the case ID if you still have questions.
