Funds Withheld without any reason no solution just Transferrred Cases

Does anybody knows which is the SLA for transferred cases?

I have so many cases on transferred for over a month and still waiting for an answer.

We need to pay our employees, purchase more inventory and many other things. When it comes to solve sellers problem, it’s impossible to know when the “special teams” will take some time to answer.

Daryl here from our Forums team jumping in to assist you on this matter, I took my time to review all the cases, and it seems a lot of the associates related to those cases escalated the issue to different teams, thus creating duplicate escalations.

But I did find the correct team in question, and I see they emailed you a confirmation email 2 days ago from the "Seller Performance Team".

I want to clarify, I do not want to waste any more of your valuable time and I already have more than enough evidence to escalate this to our account specialists to get a proper answer and resolution from them.

But before proceeding, I want to confirm if that email sent 2 days ago from our seller performance team is related to this issue you are experiencing.

If you can, let me know today, I'd be more than willing to take ownership of this matter and provide you a proper escalation communication and channel.

I will await your confirmation, once again the reason I want to confirm this information is because this post was created 7 days ago, I apologize we didn't see this sooner to action upon your evidence.
