Repeated Account Suspension for Authentic Products – Seeking Help
I’m reaching out because I’ve been facing a frustrating situation with my Amazon seller account. My account was deactivated due to concerns about the authenticity of a product I sell.
The issue is, this product is 100% authentic, purchased directly from the brand, and I’ve provided all the necessary documentation multiple times (invoices, bank statements, and supplier info)
I’ve also tried reaching out through different channels, but it feels like the issue is being reviewed by a bot, and no real solution has been offered.
Has anyone else faced a similar issue with account suspension due to inauthentic complaints, even when the product is legitimate? I’ve even requested a direct phone call for guidance but haven’t had any luck. Any advice or shared experiences on how to break through this and get proper attention on my case would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance for your help!

BUT, do you have permission from the Brand to sell their item ON Amazon? You need a LOA.

By this do you mean you went to the brand's public facing RETAIL website or store and purchased your items?
Or do you mean that you set up a wholesale account with the brand, providing them with your business and tax license information, bought at least their MOQ, and abided by all the rules in your contract to resell their brand?

Nope. You need INVOICES showing a complete supply chain. You have only a receipt. In many cases you also need written authorization FROM THE BRAND to sell their products on Amazon.
Too bad you didn't spend some time reading the forums before jumping in. I've heard on only very few people coming back from such a mistake; and if it's a big brand like Nike or Adidas, no chance whatsoever.

Brother please check the following
Have your invoice is authentic?
Have you provided complete supply chain process?(invoice, 3PL detail, tracking, ect)
Are the other sellers also selling this brand on amazon?
have the brand sent you any email regarding the Product removal?
have your account health good?
I have also faced this type of issue, and amazon has conducted a face to face interview, ask all documents regarding account and company and bank,
supply chain source asked
i have submitted a plan of action but after 3rd attempt amazon reactivated my account

Going thru the same thing provided all documents but still wont reactivate my account and they want a brand authorization letter which I can't get. My best advice is to move on like I did. I would suggest doing what I did and move to Walmart as a seller I have had great success with them so far and would highly recommend them over Amazon any day of the week. Good luck

Hello @Seller_CxedhUlSXt6Wg,
Thank you for reaching out on the Forums.
I see that your account has been deactivated for authenticity/supply chain concerns and you have questions about what your available appeal options will look like.
I wanted to point out that the community is correct about the guidance they have given about this topic. To address any authenticity/supply chain issue, you must submit invoices from an authorized source for the brand that meets our document requirements. If the documents submitted are unable to be verified you will be asked to provide an authorization letter issued to you from the brand itself. If your documents do not meet our document requirements in any way, your submission will likely be rejected as well.
I suggest to review the following help pages about our invoice requirements so you may check yours to ensure they match up...
--Responsible Sourcing documentation request requirements
--Invoice requirements for appealing a policy violation
You mentioned that you will be submitting an invoice for review. Can you share what the outcome was?
Once you have reviewed the information and questions above, please respond here for further guidance. The forums community and I are here to support you.
Wishing you the best,
LeviDylan

I am on the same situation here. The main problem is that Amazon is providing a link for the video interview which is always not working. I have already contact account health specialist, opened a case, sent emails and up to to know, no positive response from amazon
The support is simple terrible, just bot responses...
