Brand registry regain Trademark owner access
Brand registry was enrolled for brand by previous employee who used their own personal email. We are not able to get access to that email any longer. So i can not access that brand account. How do I take the brand owner role back?
When I tried to get the brand registry done, it said the brand was already enrolled and asked me to use a form to contact the administrator of the brand owner. We ARE the brand owners.
I've already opened a case in Brand Registry page under "update brand ownership > The current Administrator left the company without transferring permissions." but the support staff was not able to resolve/did not understand.
