Does it have lithium batteries in? if so, have you checked the prohibited items lists?

What is the litium battery classification? does it fall under UN3481 etc have you updated the relevant section? Dangerous Goods Regulations, storage and transportation.

You will need the UN 38.3 test report and the MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) for the product and battery to find the details for these values.
This will contain details on the Watt Hours, Cells, and other required details.
This is mandatory for listing in certain categories on Amazon, such as power banks, etc., as these are classified as dangerous goods.
The UN report is specifically required for couriers to allow them to ship the products, and also, there are safety requirements for Amazon storing the items.
