Buyer REPEATEDLY purchase and get refund, Amazon let them keep the items!

This buyer has purchased repeatedly from us in the last 1 year, and have gotten refund on their items 3 times.

The latest purchase and refund was 113-8231246-5165827

At the same time, they kept the item. Today they posted a review claiming a string was missing on the item, then when I contacted them they demanded refund.

So this buyer is trying to get refund TWICE for the same item, and AT THE SAME TIME KEEP THE ITEM!

How do I black list this buyer so he can no longer abuse the system and abuse us like this?

Unfortunately, blacklisting is not an option that sellers have. At the moment have you reported this potential bad actor ?

You can report buyer abuse via the Report Abuse feature. Also, when you have a moment, please watch this video: "Buyer Abuse Prevention in the Amazon Store".
