Vine program

Hi,

I'm a new seller on Amazon and when I initially launched my (only one) product, I opted for the two free Vine reviewers and I only received one review. When I tried to opt for (up to) 30 reviews, I was told I am not eligible because I had already picked the basic level. You can only make one choice and that is it! I am really in need to additional reviews and I don't think it's fair that I have lost that chance because I am brand new seller and didn't know. Is there any way to appeal my case to be able to upgrade to that level of Vine program?

Hi @Seller_al2iXmzSilPVZ,

Unfortunately, Amazon's policy on this is quite clear. In the Vine FAQ here (under "What are the product eligibility criteria"), it states: "You can enroll an ASIN in Vine only once in its lifetime, meaning you cannot re-enroll the ASIN or any other variation of the parent ASIN after cancelling an initial enrollment with at least one claimed unit."

Since you've already received one review through the basic tier, this means your product has had a claimed unit and can't be re-enrolled. I've checked through the help documentation, but I'm afraid there isn't any mention of an appeal process for this particular situation.

Hope this helps explain the situation, even though it's probably not the answer you were hoping for!
