Trademark infringement, unable to reactivate single product
Hello,
We have been selling on Amazon for several years now but had a small period of time where we did not have any stock with Amazon.
During this time another seller had listed our product and used all our own photos and so we logged a complaint against this particular ASIN/Seller and it was removed however...
Amazon have also removed just one variation of our product and despite us submitting all the proof that we own the trademark/brand we are really struggling to get it re-activated. What's ironic we still have 3 other products listed against the brand OK.
We are now concerned that we have a pallet of stock for this particular item with Amazon and we are being threatened that this will be disposed of.
We have tried customer services/requested call backs but the support we have received has been really quite terrible.
Every time we submit some evidence through the account health section against the affected item it just keeps coming back saying we need to submit more evidence but we don't know what else to submit to prove that we are the owner of the trademark/brand/product.
Any assistance will be much appreciated as this is really stressing us out.
Thanks

Post the actual request from Amazon.
It should detail what is actually required.

I joined amazon on the 8th November 2023. It has been an absolute disaster. I cannot believe how dreadful their seller support is. My issue is not resolved. I would advise anyone to think twice before getting involved with this uncaring company. I have been robbed effectively. I demanded my money back under the distance selling regulations but they have taken just under the amount to escape the rules.

Thats unfortunate. Something similar happened to me few weeks ago and i was getting the same response again and again. I kept submitting the evidence that i had with me regarding Brand Registration and TM rights of selling. After 3-4 rejected appeals they accepted the case and reactivated our listing. Just sharing the experience with you, if you have all the documents correct. Try submitting again with a brief explanation.
