IUSP warehouse is full! And my carrier is NOT able to find a delievery date

I am having an issue with my AWD delivery. It has been shipped and received in the USA but my freight forwarder is NOT able to get an estimated delivery date to ship them to AWD because they are full and i am not able to get an appointment. How is this possible when I was assigned the warehouse to ship my products. It's been over a month and I can't get a delivery date. Please help with any suggestions as to what I need to do as I'm running out of stock on my best selling sku with no visibility on a date.

even when i speak with Amazon and ask for this to be escalated and for me to speak with a Specialist, they are only able to communicate through case logs on not by phone. Then after this is supposedly escalated, the specialist replies with a generic copy/paste reply on HOW TO SCHEULTE and appointment! my issue and case if pretty clear, I did not ask how to schedule, I asked why i am NOT able to find a delivery date and NO future dates available. so what do I do now with my 50+ cartons? when can I send then to AWD? why did Amazon assign this location if it is full? what do i do now?

Having the same issue with IUSQ
I suspect unplanned capacity limits. Still doe not explain why your AWD space was not reserved since it assigned at shipment creation stage.
I hope the AWD fixes this soon

I've heard back that 84/84 cartons are received and the shipment is now closed.
We understand that the delay in delivery will impact your business. Please note, while choosing live loads is typically the best way to expedite the arrival of inventory into our facilities, drop loads have more appointment availability and shorter inbound lead times. Moving forward, we recommend that you ask your carriers to use drop loads instead.
