You were not ungated in Adidas. You simply got away with something you should not have.
Had it been Nike, you would have lost your account.
Adidas feels the same way, they just aren't as quick and diligent as Nike.
You may not get your inventory back.
Amazon cannot grant permission to sell any brand -- Adidas or any other. Only the brand itself can grant that right.

Amazon is a maze of gerbil tubes and somehow (IN ERROR) one of the gerbils (BOTS) allowed you to be ungated. Then a smarter gerbil (BOT) that actually knows the 'new, improved' policies stopped you.
You OBVIOUSLY never studied Seller U or read the Forum about the dozens of accounts that have been removed for doing exactly what you did.

You are confusing AMAZON allowing you to list (or at least "ungate") an item or category and actually being APPROVED to sell a product. AMAZON is only interested in FEES. They will allow a chimpanzee to list if it means they collect $$$$$.
You really need to go study Seller U instead of TikTok and YouTube before your account gets kicked to the curb permanently.

Here are the NEW rules for selling on the ‘new and improved’ Amazon.
The first question is -- Are you authorized IN WRITING by the BRAND to sell their items on Amazon? That means from the BRAND, not some random wholesale source that can NOT authorize anything – they only SELL.
More and more brands have provided a "whitelist" of their approved sellers and if YOU are NOT on the list you will be stopped in your tracks and probably hit with an IP violation.
The second (and probably more important) question is -- Where are you sourcing your products? Are you buying direct from the brand or through an AUTHORIZED wholesale source?
Have you verified with the BRAND that your distributor IS an authorized wholesale distributor for ALL of their products. Some wholesalers are only allowed to distribute portions of a product line.
NOTE – FOR 'GATED' CATEGORIES' DOING RA IS NOT PERMITTED ON AMAZON. PERIOD. If you have to 'apply to sell' you WILL need an INVOICE from an AUTHORIZED distributor and not a receipt.
It is almost a guarantee that you will NOT get the products or the money in your account back because you have no chain of custody and proof of authenticity.

same thing happen with me and Disney , their lawyer contacted me…. I sent amazon the receipts as proof that they were not counterfeits and that they were actually Disney products , the allowed me to remove the inventory but i had to close the listing for sure

Same thing happened to me two days ago. Now all of my adidas inventory is stranded and I haven't received a reply from Amazon other than "I can see where you were previously ungated. I'm unsure what the problem is".

I have been ungated on some brands then I try to list products for the brand and the system will have me reapply. Once again I will have Amazon state I'm approved.
You have to speak with the Indian Catalog Team which is a different department than the normal Filipino Seller Support because they have not fully ungated your account. You have to continually hit your head against the brick wall, again, again, again and eventually you will create a hole in the brick wall and they will really ungate your account but the catalog team has to do that.

Remove if you can, while you can the inventory from Amazon to start with, and return it where you bought it from, again, if you can.
