How to fix On-Time Delivery Rate
How do I keep "on time delivery rate" from dropping so fast? I have increased my handling time and tried buying shipping labels directly from amazon which has not been working. The products we sell do not take long to package and ship, they are Yugioh and pokemon cards so it only takes a few seconds to package and ship. 95% of the orders ship out in an envelope and the other 5% ship out with tracking. We have been using USPS for a long time and have never came across this problem with package being late.

is just one. You can search Delivery Rate or OTDR and find more. It's less to do with your actual shipping, more about turning on Automated Shipping and Automated Handling Times.

We sell FBM and ship within 2 hours of the order coming in. Overnight orders go out at 8:00am the next morning. Works good for us.
