LOST BUY BOX ELIGIBILITY ON ALL ASINS PLEASE HELP @Spencer_Amazon

Hi ,

I’m posting here again because my previous concern added to the mega thread has gone unanswered, and this issue is severely impacting my business.I have lost the Buy Box on all ASINs, despite all my metrics being above board. Over the past three days, I have only had 5 sales, whereas my usual daily sales are between 50-60.

Seller Support has been no help, repeatedly providing the same generic responses that don’t address the issue. This is becoming increasingly frustrating and unsustainable for my business.If any of the mods, especially Spencer, see this, please assist me in understanding what’s going on and how to resolve it.@Spencer_Amazon
