Subcribe and Save Orders & Click and Drop

Does anyone else have issues with Subscribe & Save orders not going through to Click & Drop?

It isn't too much of an issue as at the end of everyday after dispatching on Click & Drop we manually see what is still waiting to be shipped, but the odd one slips through and shows as late shipment. Luckily we do have enough orders that a few late shipments don't affect us majorly but as we get more and more S&S orders we will make sure we are keeping on top of it!

Anyone have a way around this or just keep on checking and manually making the labels that don't pull through?
