Dispute Overcharge on DHL International Shipping via Buy Shipping: Incorrect Box Dimension Issue
Hello esteemed Amazon sellers,
I'm reaching out to our community here in hopes of finding some guidance on a specific issue we're encountering.
Situation Breakdown:
- Case ID with Amazon: 13977445451
- Core Issue: We were overcharged on a DHL International shipping label via Amazon's Buy Shipping. The overcharge stemmed from incorrect box dimensions captured by DHL.
- Amazon's Guidance: We promptly reached out to Amazon support about this overcharge. Their suggestion was for us to file a claim directly with DHL.
- DHL's Feedback: Upon filing the claim on DHL's website, we were redirected back to Amazon. DHL's support team advised us to get in touch with the account holder, i.e., Amazon in this context.
Currently, we feel like we're in a catch-22, being ping-ponged between Amazon and DHL without a clear resolution path.
Seeking Advice & Insights:
To the seasoned sellers here, has anyone experienced a similar challenge, especially concerning DHL international shipping via Buy Shipping? If you've successfully navigated this predicament before, could you please share your approach and any advice on addressing this matter? Your shared experiences could be a beacon for us right now.
Thank you so much for taking a moment to read and assist. Here's to supporting each other in our selling journeys!
