Store status - inactive
My store has been inactive for more than a week. The Seller Identity Verification team replied that there are no issues with my account. Although on the help page I select that the problem is with the product, it automatically shows that there is a problem with the account (attached screenshot).
However, when I open any listing on the Amazon website, it says the item is currently unavailable. On the manage inventory page, all my inventory is shown as active. Furthermore, I have checked the vacation status, and it shows that the vacation status is off.
I have opened several cases with the support team, but their responses seem robotic. I don't know what to do next.
