Amazon seller support no longer offers phone support?
Was trying to get a listing issue resolved by Amazon seller support team, but it appeared that the only thing I could access is by emails/messages. It did not provide me with the phone support option. Is this something new implemented by Amazon??

Amazon Seller Support does have phone, email, and chat support but in some instances it depends on the specific action you are attempting to take and your account type. Only Professional Sellers can currently get phone support regarding their Seller Support cases and only some Seller Support teams can accept phone calls. If you provide your most recent Seller Support case I can see what options I can offer. Thank you for your understanding.
