Dear Amazon Customer Service,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request the removal of negative feedback for order number

The customer stated in their feedback that the item arrived on time and as described, which confirms that we delivered the product promptly and as per the listing description and photos. However, the customer also mentioned issues with our return policy.
The item was returned because it was too large for the customer's needs. Upon receiving the return, we found that the item had been opened and returned without tags and packaging. According to Amazon's return policy, sellers have the right to charge a restocking fee if the item is used or not returned in its original condition. Consequently, we charged a $5 restocking fee.
We have documented evidence, including pictures of the returned product without its original packaging, which supports our decision to charge the restocking fee.
Given that we met all conditions for timely and accurate delivery and that our actions regarding the restocking fee are in line with Amazon's policy, we believe the negative feedback is unjust.
We kindly request the removal of this feedback as it does not accurately reflect the nature of our service or the reasons behind the restocking fee.

You will need to request removal through the Feedback tool in Seller Central before any escalation can be filed by one of our Community Managers.
