I am trying to get unagated in Crayola. I have the right documentation that hits all the requirements of needing to be approved. I applied originally and got approved. Yes, I already got approved once to sell that means my documents hit the requirement's. It told me to wait 24 hrs to be able to list and I did and nothing changed it showed it was still gated. So I reapplied because I thought it would help, it then automatically got denied since I uploaded the same documents as the first time. It was telling me to submit different documents and I did and still got automatically denied within a minute. I am now stuck being auto declined with information that got me approved once. I talked to support and they had no idea what was going on. I was on like 6 different chats and I explained it so clearly and all they said just reply with new information. I heard that over 5 different times. I explained to them that i automatically get denied no matter if the documents are new or old. If a real person gets the chance to view my application then I would be approved. What should I do?

All that means is that at one time Amazon allowed you to sell the brand.
Amazon changes the rules and requirements more often than some people change their underwear!
Here are the NEW rules for selling on the ‘new and improved’ Amazon. Only you can tell us if you meet the requirements. If they are rejecting your "invoices" my guess is that you do not.
Look at the image at the bottom for the explanation of "I USED TO but can't now" which is where you are at.
The first question is -- Are you authorized IN WRITING by the BRAND to sell their items on Amazon? That means from the BRAND, not some random wholesale source that can NOT authorize anything – they only SELL.
More and more brands have provided a "whitelist" of their approved sellers and if YOU are NOT on the list you will be stopped in your tracks and probably hit with an IP violation.
The second (and probably more important) question is -- Where are you sourcing your products? Are you buying direct from the brand or through an AUTHORIZED wholesale source?
Have you verified with the BRAND that your distributor IS an authorized wholesale distributor for ALL of their products. Some wholesalers are only allowed to distribute portions of a product line.
NOTE – FOR 'GATED' CATEGORIES' DOING RA IS NOT PERMITTED ON AMAZON. PERIOD. If you have to 'apply to sell' you WILL need an INVOICE from an AUTHORIZED distributor and not a receipt.
