I have a few questions regarding CPC certificate.

I was asked to provide the CPC certificate for my product manufactured in China. I contacted a lab approved by CPSC in China and they provided me with a certificate and a report. This report and has my product name and pictures on it and the certificate also comes with the product name. They did not put in the ASIN even though I provided it to them. Will it create any issue?

Secondly, on the section where it asked who applied for the certificate and lab report, I did not add the brand name but instead added my own name. Will it create any issue?

Lastly, what is the estimated approval time for CPC and test report after you submit it on your account. I read people mentioning 30days wait time. Is it correct?
