Amazon selling an item can i sell it?

Hi

Looking to sell an item i have purchased from a wholesaler. Only Amazon sell this product. How do i make sure its not a private label? Or is it because Amazon are selling it anyone can?

If you are able to compete on price with Amazon, then you are still allowed to list on the same listing. However I would suggest the following;

  • Maybe a suggestion of purchasing a small quantity, such as 10 (incase amazon ask for an invoice in the future).
  • Are you buying from an actual wholesaler not retailer, who are selling authentic product which matches the same as the listing such as the size and packaging?
  • Does the brand Tax Luxe allow sales on Amazon/marketplaces?
  • Are you allowed to sell on the listing, is it ungated or does it require an application to sell?
