Hallmark Ornaments
I am trying to sell my Hallmark Keepsake Ornaments on Amazon. I have sold them in the past, but now I have been flagged for 10 listings saying it is Intellectual Property Violation. I have reached out to Hallmark and they are unable to give me anything in writing saying it is ok to sell the ornaments because I am not a store selling Hallmark. These are just ones I bought and am now selling. Anyone help?

Are you listing them as Used, and not New, as you should be? If so them the receipts should work.
Although ... nowadays there's no guarantee on selling the actual Used items.

More and more brands are taking control of their own destiny on here so it is likely that Hallmark told Amazon who is allowed to sell on here and who is not on their whitelist -- even for used items.
My tea leaves say you will not find ANY used items on Amazon in the next couple years (or sooner). There are other MUCH better outlets than here such as eBay that will actually protect the SELLER.
