Ungating grocery and gourmet subcategory is a costly nightmare!

I have now made 3 unsuccessful attempts to ungate the Grocery & Gourmet subcategory with no success, despite providing invoices and photographs EXACTLY as described in Amazon's own policies.

I decided to give it one last try and purchased another set of 10 units of a product at significant cost. Submitted all the details as requested and got an instant decline saying:

'We closed this case because you have submitted applications multiple times without providing new, updated, or required information. To appeal this decision, reply to this message and provide new documents for us to review. Do not submit a new application..

This was a new product under an ASIN that I had not attempted to seek approval for before, so I do not understand why the automatic response is telling em that I have submitted applications multiple times without providing new, updated or required information. This is new information because it is a different product and there is literally nothing else that I can send to update them with. In a previous attempt, I took some online advice saying to retake the photos from different angle and try again, but I go the same response.

It just doesn't make any sense. Please can someone from Amazon Seller Support respond to this. What information is it exactly that you want me to provide that I have not already provided?

I've spent so much money that I don't have to ungate this category, and all the products are non-refundable. It's madness and is causing me a great deal of stress and frustration.

Does anyone have any magical tips for me?!

it may just be that they don’t want any more sellers in this category or they want to see a selling history from you in another category first.
