please help me! how to develop an action plan

I need help, I was blocked two months ago, and it has caused me enormous damage and a lot of headaches. Because I used credit cards and investor money and the interest on the card is getting higher and higher and investors are almost killing me by charging me.

My problem, my account was linked to an account of a person who sent my products to his preparation center.

He's a friend, but then Amazon asks me to unlock his store to release mine and my money.

It's ok, I understand Amazon's policies, I didn't operate on his account and I've been trying to help for two months, I've already sent more than 30 appeals and all of them were unsuccessful.

I live in chaos, with money tied up, my life down the drain because I no longer have my livelihood and I still have a card and investors are charging me and my money is tied up.

This happens, I didn't do it in bad faith, I didn't use the account of the person who was sending it from the preparation center.

But since there is no other way, I want to help you unlock this account that was linked to mine.

I ask anyone who can help me, I can't call for support

Or if someone here can explain to me how to make an action plan to unlock this first store and then release mine

No offense, but this sounds like you had a horrible business plan lined up. If you were caught drop-shipping you may be out of luck. Getting investors involved also sounds like a huge mess. If you can't handle the funds yourself, do not start the business. That is just my take. You may be able to try to write an appeal with an effective plan of action as @Seller_AXC06kcsKI1qG stated. Other than that, I highly suggest you handle things yourself, or sign up for FBA rather than getting investors and a separate preparation center involved. If your address is one place and you're sending from a separate warehouse, that may be where the drop-shipping accusation came from, unless, you were actually drop-shipping. I hope this helps at least a little bit. In the very least you can appeal for your money in 90 days.

Due to the nature of the situation, I would like to suggest to you to have your friend create their own thread in order to assist in terms of their account and the Drop Shipping policy. This is the best way for them to get the assistance and support from the forums.

The information for your account will need to be different from the information your friend submits.

As the Seller Code of Conduct states, all sellers may only maintain one selling account unless there is a legitimate business need to have multiple accounts. If this is the case, all accounts must remain in good standing or all accounts will be deactivated until the root of the issue is resolved. Multiple accounts also can occur when personal information- such as address, phone numbers, or even computer information- between them. When this occurs, Amazon is unable to automatically determine the accounts belong to two different individuals. At that point, the multiple accounts policy and code of conduct rules apply.
