Help, missing Germany seller support are AFK and forum is dead.
i have an inbound shipment that was closed with 700+ units missing. I have now opened 2 cases and all of them have not had a single reply in weeks. Seller support are simply not replying at all to all 2 cases.
Can someone please tag a forum seller support member/admin or something to help with my cases in Germany? Even the forum there is dead and I have 1 view on my German forum post about the same issue.

I don’t think the uk mods can intervene in other country problems anyway
