Amazon rejecting delivery from DPD at BHX4 and LAB4 warehouses
Hi,
I have received the following urgent notice from my freight forwarder:
"Urgent notice: After receiving internal information, Amazon has also stopped all DPD vehicles at its two warehouses BHX4 and LAB4 starting from November 24th local time.
The vehicle enters Amazon's primary flow center. It is predicted that DPD will not come to pick up goods next week."
I am not sure what to do from here as my shipment is expected to reach the UK next week. Can someone advice me on what my next steps should be?

I am presuming here that your goods are coming straight from the supplier to Amazon? If they are using DPD and the goods have already shipped, then you only have the choice to either wait until DPD is maybe accepted again at the warehouse or potentially to get DPD to deliver to your warehouse/facility/address instead. Once you have the goods, then to arrange forward shipping to Amazon via an alternative courier.
