How do i make a complaint about Amazon Breaking their own policies????
At breaking point now and seriously had enough.
Let this be a warning to anyone thinking of selling on Amazon....DONT
1. Account shut down because i didnt put tracking information in as apparently was against Amazon Policies
2. Sent everything tracked and them Amazon are telling my customer their parcel is lost.
3. Because amazon are telling my customers the parcel is lost we now have a massive spike in A-Z guarantee claims.
4. Amazon are refunding these claims without even checking the tracking (These have been signed for and we have pictures of customers holding the items)
5. Got told to send via Amazon buy shipping for protection. (Which we are now paying more than outside but same carrier)
6. Amazon still telling customers parcel is Lost
7. NOW THEY ARE REFUNDING CUSTOMERS AGAIN ALTHOUGH I BOUGHT SHIPPING THROUGH THEM.
YOUR POLICY STATES I MUST SENT TRACKED WHICH I DO AND YOU IGNORE SO YOU BREAK YOU OWN POLICIES THERE.
YOU POLICY ALSO STATES IF YOU BUY THROUGH BUY SHIPPING I HAVE A PROTECTION AS A SELLER BECAUSE YOU TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DELIVERY - YOU ARE BREAKING YOUR OWN POLICIES
Amazon is the biggest Fraud ring in existence. Time to send some court letters i think. £1500 has been defraused from us with the help of amazon. Yes Amazon you are implicit in fraud by allowing it to happen.

I feel your plain but I suggest that you read, read again and digest all Amazon policies regarding order shipping. Although what you are saying is reasonable, you are incorrect in many (most?) of the points you raised.

Tracking is not required, nor are you supposed to be protected from AtoZ claims if you buy postage through Amazon (just from the defect on your account).
That said Amazon does need to review it's AtoZ process.

Amazon Buy Shipping is the same price as you normal RM stuff - all you do is link the 2 accounts and suddenly it's a 'reliable service'.
Beats me how that works, that pesky VTR.
Amazon don't take responsibility for deliveries made through Buy Shipping btw.

My account has been suspended a few times over the years due to low VTR even though I input tracking. Due to some of the products I sell not all the carriers are on the Amazon authorised list of carriers which is annoying. I have even sent proof of delivery including GPS and door step photos but to no avail.
