Hello, Amazon. Recently a new batch of the product has arrived at FBA warehouse. The package weight of this batch goes down, but the FBA fee is still higher than it should be. However, I can't open a case for remeasurement since I'd appealed twice for remeasurement of this FNSKU in the last 60 days. Please asist.

Hmmm, you should still be able to cubiscan request to remasure due to updated packaging

You've got a new SKU for the item, right? So, you'll know that Amazon is actually doing a cubiscan of the new packaging.
