Package delivered to UPS access point, Customer won't collect the package from UPS access point

Hello All,

UPS arranged delivery on the 16th of May but no one was available at the time of delivery and since this is a private/residential address. Now the package was delivered to the UPS access point.

But my customer didn't collect the package yet and the customer told me "Right now I am not well so cannot get pick it up. So please refund my amount". What can I do right now? Can I file SAFE T Claim? Please give me some advice.

Thanks

Sadly, all you can do is wait for the package to get routed back your way and issue a full refund. Reply to let the buyer and let them know you will issue a refund once the package comes back your way. DO NOT refund before the package moved out of that post office!

Hi @Seller_GKQNzzlDlLRP5thanks for writing. @Seller_4zBzdtgCyS9EIhas given you some good advice here.

Wait till the package returns to you and then issue the refund, and keep the customer in the loop.

Hello All,

My customer did not pick up the package yet and UPS Returned it to Sender. I have one question how much should I minus the shipping cost when I refund the money to the customer? It was shipped from Bangladesh through UPS and the cost is USD 30. Please advise me.
