Invoice From Authorized Dealer Not Accepted
Hello, I was able to list Winco branded products, so I listed and purchased items to send to Amazon warehouses. When trying to ship them, I got the message that I needed approval to sell. I purchased 210 units (Amazon asked combined purchase of min 200 units) more from an authorized dealer of Winco (Winco approved that it's an authorized dealer). However, Amazon doesn't accept the invoice.
The products are genuine. I paid and purchased them from an authorized delaer, but invoice is not accepted. I am stuck, and really don't know what to do else. Waiting for Amazon representatives to solve this issue.
Thanks.

How did Winco approve the dealer to you? You most likely need a LOA from the brand itself:
"Do you have written authorization or approval from the brand or this company to list and or sell the products from their company? A lot of companies will authorize a supplier, but in their terms of use, you are not authorized to distribute the materials from the site they were sourced from. These suppliers are typically licensed and authorized for sale to the end consumer, no resale. I would suggest reviewing your suppliers terms of use or terms of service and work with the brand itself to obtain a letter of authorization as this will be required at this point to show proof you are an authorized distributor for the concerned brand. So you are additionally aware, if your supplier tries to issue you a letter of authorization, it will not be accepted. They will only accept an LOA if issued by the brand or rights owner only."

Hi there @Seller_7wmv8ZnGMUexO,
In general Amazon won't share why the invoice wasn't accepted however you will want to ensure that the information ties correctly to your Amazon Seller Account and that the source of the inventory can be traced to the manufacturer and Brand Owner. If you provide your most recent Seller Support case I can review and see what escalation options exist. Thank you for your understanding.
