Never have the buy box
Hi,
We are FBA seller, and have our own brand. Recently we started our EU stations, including Germany, Spain, Italy, etc. But we never have the buy box. We carefully check everything.
1. The account is healthy.
2. No other sellers for the same ASINs. We are the only one to sell these.
3. It is FBA and already many inventory.
4. The reviews of our account is very good.
5. We have buy box in other stations, like UK, US, Canada.
We contacted the help center, but the answer is always that they won't tell me what is the reason of that.
We are desperate. Can anyone help us to get the buy box?

A: No, there is 1.) no right to the Buy Box, 2.) Amazon also does not communicate which factors together favor the profit of the Buy Box (otherwise all sellers would do this and in the case of products with several sellers all would then have “a right”, so 3. there is only speculation (such as a competitive price from Amazon's point of view) as to which factors play an influence here.
If the product is new on the EU market, it usually takes 90 days to receive the Buy Box at the earliest, according to many threads here on the subject.
And again: Amazon will not tell you what you have to fulfill, but only if something obvious is wrong.
