My FBA items returned back to me as OVERSTOCK and I cannot list that on friend's FBM
I received multiple Amazon package containing my FBA items for Overstock. Now I am using my friends account to sell these items but he is not able to list my product. Why he cannot sell my product that Amazon returned back to me. Is there any permission he needs. I don't have FBM setup and don't have time, therefore had FBA at first place. What do I need to enable him to sell my product from his store. Thanks.

Your accounts are probably going to be linked and suspended.

Good Evening @Seller_tXwbTjcWC9elV,
I wanted to stop by and see if you still required assistance regarding these two issues? For the first issue:
I took a look at CASE ID ending in 5011 and it looks like Selling Partner Support shared why some of your products were returned.
If your friend is having issues selling your ASIN, they need to write to Selling Partner Support and request assistance on the ASIN you own. They might have to apply to sell your product too depending if it requires approval. You can learn more about products that require approval -->HERE<--
I wanted to touch on a little bit of what @Seller_z3XfkorVSmnEY was alluding to. Please make sure you are following the Selling policies and seller code of conduct.
Multiple selling accounts on Amazon
You may only maintain one Seller Central account for each region in which you sell unless you have a legitimate business need to open a second account and all of your accounts are in good standing. If any of your accounts are not in good standing, we may deactivate all of your selling accounts until all accounts are in good standing.
Examples of a legitimate business justification include:
- You own multiple brands and maintain separate businesses for each
- You manufacture products for two distinct and separate companies
- You are recruited for an Amazon program that requires separate accounts
Please let us know if you require any additional assistance or you may reach out to Selling Partner Support at anytime. Have a wonderful rest of the week.
Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
