Hi! Having a bit of a nightmare Monday morning…

I buy my labels through Amazon and usually once purchasing in bulk, a window pops up on PDF format and I print and save from there. However this morning, Amazon decides instead they wont do that and instead say the labels have been downloaded into a “zip file” on my computer, which of course they have not.
Annoyed I tried to use Amazon print connect to go through my orders and re-print each label this way, as I have staff waiting to send the orders! Now Amazon print connect isn’t working… the light on my thermal printer shows it as trying to print by flashing but nothing comes out. I have tried 3 different browsers and in true British style, turning it off and on again… multiple times. I have even downloaded it onto a different computer and still not working!

I have orders needing to go out and my labels are now where to be found and no way of accessing them

Has this happened to anyone recently or does anyone know if its down at the moment? SS aren’t helpful! TIA
