When reviewing sourcing documents, you will want to verify the following:

• Must include contact information for supplier AND buyer, including name, phone number, address, and websites
• Must be issued and reflect the sales volume for the previous 365 days
• File formats must meet either PDF, JPG, or PNG files
• Must be authentic and unaltered, however you may highlight/circle the ASIN

Our team will take steps to verify your documentation. If they are unable to do so or identify any discrepancies in the information, they will reject the submission.
