Remote FBA Fulfillment - Brazil
We just started this week with Remote FBA Fulfillment in Brazil. To account for the high fees, we set our pricing rules using BIL to price on amazon.br a % above the source market pricing on .com. This change was quickly reflected on the product pages on .br. However, the original pricing remains in manage inventory and is what the customer is actually paying.
For example, if an item displays at a price of 120, and the original source price is 100, the customer is seeing 120 as the price but only paying 100. As a result, we owe Amazon for most of the transactions completed so far. Which is obviously not sustainable.
We have corresponded with seller support multiple times over the last few days, but have been unable to help them understand the issue. Trying to understand why this is happening and how we get the actual price paid to reflect the pricing rules we have in place.
