Inventory Problem - Reserved Status - Out of Stock Situation

Our product is in stock for about 3 months. But we couldn't sell a single item yet because the items are always in Reserved status and thus out of stock!
How can I fix this problem ? This product has an expiration date. I have reported this issue 10 times but nothing happened. I just received answers with no use . Latest is with number 9976056312. Can any one help ?

Your going to have trouble with that, the description states it to be 'for professional contractors' and Amazon policy is not to sell products that are restricted to professional use only. There is a nuance that the product could potentially be used by a competent DIYer but Amazon can't vet their customers so are likely to be cautious.
