Still Waiting – My Account Is Deactivated Despite Submitting Everything!
Hey everyone,
I’ve submitted all the required documents correctly and completely, making sure everything follows Amazon’s policies. I provided:
✔️ My LLC details (registered in the US)
✔️ A valid ID (front & back)
✔️ Utility bill, phone bill, and residence certificate
✔️ Bank statement & credit card statement
But despite all this, my account is still deactivated, and I haven’t gotten a clear response. I’m really not sure what’s wrong, and I just want to get this sorted out.
Has anyone else been in the same situation? Would appreciate any advice or insight!
Thanks!

Does everything match EXACTLY the information in your account ? (William is not Bill and Street is not St.)
Is everything in the exact format they require (PDF is always preferred where allowed)

Hello @Seller_LFSjGq3iaCkrJ,
Thanks for using the Forums to get in touch with us.
We understand how frustrating it can be when your documents are not being accepted, especially when the reasons aren't clearly explained. It's a challenging situation when you're trying to provide the required verification, but continue facing obstacles.
Just as suggested by @Seller_4zBzdtgCyS9EI, everything must match. Some common verification issues occur when the information on your utility bill doesn't exactly match the details in your account. Common mismatches include:
- Different address formatting
- Name variations (for example, "Robert" vs. "Bob")
- Recent address changes not yet reflected on bills
- Missing apartment/unit numbers
- Business name vs. personal name differences
Your bank statement details must match your account information exactly:
- The name on your bank statement (whether business or personal) must be identical to the name in your account settings
- The address shown on your bank statement must precisely match the address listed in your account settings
- Remember: Even minor differences in spelling, format, or punctuation can cause verification delays. Double-check both your bank statement and account settings to ensure they match character-for-character.
Please take the time to review each entry in your account settings. Compare against your documents.
This may offer some guidance: Global seller identity verification
If you are still having trouble, do you have a relevant performance notification or case ID you could provide? With that information, I could research with our teams for more specifics. I look forward to your response.
