I have a probelm regarding deactivation of my seller account
My account was temporarily deactivated on April 4th, 2025. Since then, I have repeatedly requested a video call via email to resolve this issue. Subsequently, on April 25th, 2025, I received an email scheduling a video identification call for April 28th, 2025, under application ID 1740006284. I joined the call at the scheduled date and time; however, the video call could not be established. Despite waiting, the video call did not proceed.
I am therefore requested to kindly reschedule my video call interview and send the video call interview link again as the same was not processed.
