2. UPS delayed or lost our packages, you are (sellers) get SCREWED everyday
3. Claim process UPS IS hideous, amazon gave you number to call, you called ups and chat, and text and wait for clal back hours and hours for ONE TRACING NUMBER. Once, I got lucky, they MAIL ME PAPER FORM TO FILE CLAIM MONTHS LATER. UPS IS A SAD JOKE
4. Amazon support called me when I was driving but she never emailed me number to call back? why bother to call?
I ACTUALLY HAD HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE YESTERDAY AFTER ENDURE A WEEK OF BS. Amazon FORUM IS MY SCREAMING ROOM. If you do not hear from me in 3 months, I probably have a stroke.
SMALL SELLERS DO NOT HAVE CHOICES, GET SLAP DAILY OR HAVE NO WAY OF SELLING ANYTHING. Why we bother certify small business, women minority, disable, veteran etc. on paper.. CERTICIATE OF MORE FEE with any real benefit?

If you bought the shipping through Amazon and the tracking on UPS's site shows them taking possession of it on or before the ship-by date on the order, then these should have been covered under Amazon's buy shipping guarantee. If that is the case for you, then appeal the claims using this form:
This claim meets all requirements to be covered under Amazon's Buy Shipping Guarantee.
* ship-by date on the order was X
* order was shipped X with shipping purchased from Amazon (X tracking XXXX)
* carrier scan shows they took possession of the package on X, so the order was shipped on time
* carrier tracking shows that the order was delivered on X, so the order was delivered on time -
Since the order was shipped on time and shipping was purchased through Amazon's buy shipping, it qualifies to be covered under Amazon's buy shipping guarantee. A-Z claim should be funded by Amazon and not count against our ODR.
