I have opened a case regarding the absence of the featured offer on my listings. All I am getting from "seller support" are the usual "canned" replies. I am a 15 year small professional fbm seller and have consistently been featured in the "buy box". Nothing has changed, but listings have not been featured for many weeks. Other sellers are featured with lower ratings and shipping times. I am seeing Rose-Amazon on other posts and wondering how to contact her for help.

I had a similar issue in the spring; found out that it's been a common thing for the last year or so; people seemingly randomly lose FOE for no apparent reason; then 4-5 weeks later, with no apparent change in anything else, it suddenly comes back. Hopefully for you it will happen soon.
I opened a case for mine; took a few days, and the response was basically "Your items are not FOE because they are not FOE", then some suggestions to ensure being eligible, some of which were downright lies ("FBA items are always FOE"; then why do all of my FBA offers show "inelibible"?)
It's frustrating, and expensive. Fingers crossed that you'll get it back very soon. Keep us posted with any updates, especially if you get any real answers from SS or a mod.

Me to 11ASINs out 31ASINs have buybox lost to 0-1%from Aug26th,, and some more later..
Now 5ASINs have returned over 1% but still very low.
No violation, good performance, same price with other competitors' price, inventory is available.
Featured Offer[Buybox] of all ASINs are eligible though, they have 0-1%
Amazon reject to explain,, I think Seller central team does not know the solution.
