Fake Negative Feedback
Hello fellow sellers and Amazon support team,
I’m reaching out to seek urgent advice and action regarding a serious issue I’ve encountered on my Amazon store.
Recently, my store received a negative feedback from a Business Prime account. After investigating, I have gathered strong evidence that this feedback is fake, misleading, and likely intended to harm my seller performance. The account in question appears to be abusing the Business Prime privileges and targeting sellers with false reviews.
Here are the key points:
The feedback contains false information that does not align with the actual order history.
I have concrete proof (screenshots, order details, screen recording, etc.) that clearly shows this is a malicious attempt.
This kind of activity not only damages seller reputations but also undermines the integrity of the Amazon marketplace.
I strongly believe this Business Prime account is violating Amazon's feedback policy and terms of use.
What I'm looking for:
Guidance on how to escalate this matter to the appropriate Amazon teams.
Help in getting the fake feedback removed.
Recommendation or process to report and suspend the Business Prime account involved in this abuse.
