How long does a customer have to return and item?
I have customers who requested a return from last year and never returned the item. Just how long does a customer have to actually return an item once requested, or is the return label considered the same as a forever stamp?

Thanks for your post. Return Mailing Labels are not the same a forever stamp. Linked below is the help page for returns.
Most items purchased on Amazon.com can be returned within 30 days of delivery. This includes seller-fulfilled items. Return timelines may vary by product category. Check the Amazon.com Returns Policy for specific product return windows.
After we authorize a return request, the buyer typically has 15 days to send the item back. This 15-day period starts after the return window closes to allow time to return the item.

The Return Labels basically do NOT expire..
