Amazon Seller Support deleting case log entries
Please be aware that Amazon Seller Support is now deleting case log entries. I just hung up with a rep who asked me what my concern was, and indicated there were no notes in the case log. I logged in and the entire history is gone. Looking at another case, I see that many log entries have been deleted.

Power, This is nothing new.
Amazon has done it in the past, and no doubt some unscrupulous employees are continuing the practice.

This is the type of games SPS is playing.
The last two replies to my case were closed with the following:
"We’re unable to troubleshoot your A-to-z Guarantee Claim issue without the associated order ID. We can continue as soon as you provide the order ID."
The Order ID was required to open the case, and appears multiple times in the case log.
Either these agents are completely unsupervised, or this type of behavior is condoned by Amazon.
And not one Mod here will address these serious problems.

Greetings @Seller_cia9RGiT9TJAG,
I'd like to investigate the specific cases with the missing enteries. I can of course direct these concerns to the internal team that handles concerns with Seller Partner Support Associates, however due to the internal nature of these investigations I won't be able to share the results of any investigation. Do you have any of the impacted Case IDs?
