I understand you are trying to block your account, and would request a bit of clarification here. If by "block" do you mean to close out the account permanently, or are you simply trying to put a pause on account related activities?

If you are attempting the latter, you can place the account in "Vacation mode" by clicking on the "Going on a vacation" option on your Account Info page.
